An mysterious and prickly woman locked in the Prospect Park Water Tower since 1915 forms an unlikely connection with a kind and carefree new friend, who helps her decode a strange set of magical riddles – taking them on a scavenger hunt around Minneapolis! But things get tricky when she realizes that unlocking these clues might bring her dangerously close to unlocking her heart.
